Description: BIOFLO 1 contains a fiber-rich herbal blend that helps relieve occasional constipation. BioFlo 1 contains herbs that are traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a bulk laxative to gently relieve constipation and/or irregularity.
Ingredients: Psyllium (husk), Licorice (root), Slippery elm (bark), Hypromellose (vegecap), hibiscus sabdariffa flower, pyrus malus fiber (apple). Whenever possible, we favor ingredients from organic farming or harvested in the wild.
Directions: Powder (14 years and older): Take 1 tbsp. tea (3.5g) in a glass of water or juice (250ml), one to three times a day. Capsules (14 years and over): Take 3 capsules 2 times a day (morning and evening). Drink a glass of water (8 ounces or 250ml) with each dose. Drink enough fluid. Effects observed within 12 to 24 hours after the first dose and, sometimes, after 2 to 3 days. Wait 2 hours before and after taking other medications.
