Description: Brewed in the Irish style with Windsor yeasts, we first notice the malty aromas of this full-bodied ALE. The barley results in subtle flavors of coffee and caramel. Balanced and easy to drink beer. It is brewed with a large amount of caramelized malt which gives it a pleasant roundness and rich flavors, complemented by a touch of roasted malt that is felt on the finish. It offers aromas and flavors of sweet caramel. Very nice to quench your thirst! Use: Goes very well with everyday dishes such as roasted or grilled chicken, roasted vegetables or cheddar.
