Description: Our preferred nuts are organic European almonds, which are much tastier than American almonds. We process our organic almonds by soaking them to initiate pre-germination for better digestibility. The almonds are then dehydrated at low temperatures to make them crispy, all in order to preserve their enzymes and nutritional values.
