Ingredients: Avena sativa (organic fresh oats, aerial part) 1x, 1ml tincture contains 0.49ml alcohol (ethanol).
Directions: Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Take 10-15 drops, 1-3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals. Insalivate before swallowing. Sweeten with honey if desired. Children 6 to 11 years old: Give 5 to 10 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals. Children 1 to 5 years old: Give 1 to 5 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals. 1ml = 33 drops.
