Description: Used in Herbal Medicine to help stimulate the secretion of bile (choleretic); to help relieve digestive disorders, such as dyspepsia. Ingredient: Each sachet contains 1.5g dried leaf of Cynara scolymus L. (Artichoke). Directions: 1 sachet (1.5g), 3 times a day as an infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.
