Description: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve pain and/or inflammation of muscles and joints (e.g., sprains, bruises, joint pain). Skin Type: Suitable for all skin types. Slightly yellow in color and a mild, subtle odor. Ingredients: Olive oil, tocopherols. Arnica montana (arnica) (flower) 20%. Directions: For adults (19 years and older) and adolescents (13 to 18 years), apply a thin, even layer to the affected area 3 to 4 times daily. Rub in and/or massage into the skin until the preparation disappears. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not cover with a bandage. Do not apply with an external heat source, such as an electric heating pad; this may result in excessive irritation or skin burns. Do not apply on or near the nipples if breastfeeding.
