Ingredient: Organic amaranth seeds.
Directions: Add 1/3 cup grains to 1 cup boiling water and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
Use: We eat them in cereals, we can blow them, germinate them, grind them into flour. Used to prepare cookies, pancakes and waffles.
