Description: We process our organic almonds by soaking them to initiate pre-germination for better digestibility. The almonds are then dehydrated at low temperatures to make them crispy, all in order to preserve their enzymes and nutritional values. Our preferred nuts are organic European almonds, which are much tastier than American almonds. Ingredient: Raw, pre-sprouted organic European almonds.
