Ingredient: Seaweed agar-agar.
Directions: Preparation: Add 1 1/2 tsp. of agar-agar to 2 cups of fruit juice. While stirring, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 seconds. Let cool until the mixture sets firmly. Substitution: In recipes, replace 1 packet of gelatin (7 g) with 1 1/2 tsp. of powdered agar-agar.
