Ingredient: Agar-agar seaweed.
Use: Preparation: Add 1 ½ tsp. agar-agar to 2 cups of fruit juice. While stirring, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 sec. Leave to cool so that the mixture sets firmly. Substitution: In recipes, replace 1 packet of gelatin (7 g) with 1 ½ tsp. powdered agar-agar.
