You can choose: - 2 drops in a glass of water 4 times a day. - or 2 drops on the tongue directly 4 times a day. - or 2 drops in a tinted 30ml dilution bottle (spray bottle or dropper bottle) and take 2 sprays or 4 drops minimum 4 times a day at regular intervals for 3 weeks or during the period you deem necessary.
