Description: This rare heirloom variety originates from the Doe Hill area of Virginia. It is without a doubt the best variety for regions with short summers. It produces small lobed sweet peppers with a rounded shape, golden yellow, with the good sweet taste typical of golden peppers. However, unlike most strains, it produces quickly and is very easy to grow. Use: Despite their rather compact habit (90 cm in height), each plant gives an enormous yield of delicious fruits which are served in pieces in salads, stuffed, dipped or sautéed in olive oil in side dish for pasta.
