Description: A superb variety of celery, apple green, with smooth and crisp stalks. Sow indoors in early March in light, sandy soil, covering the seeds with 3mm of soil. There will be germination after 3 weeks at a temperature of 18⁰ C. Transplant into individual pots when the plant is 2.5 cm high. Towards the end of May, place in the garden in rich soil, at a distance of 20 to 30 cm between plants in rows spaced at least 60 cm apart. Mulch to reduce weed growth and maintain moisture, but make sure the soil is not permanently wet.
