Ingredients: Chasteberry (4:1 extraction ratio) (vitex agnus castus) (berry) 100 mg amount equivalent to 400 mg chasteberry, kudzu root (pueraria lobata) standardized to 40% isoflavones 80 mg, ashwagandha (ratio extraction ratio 4:1) (withania somnifera) (root) 75 mg amount equivalent to 300 mg of ashwagandha, black cohosh (4:1 extraction ratio) (cimicifuga racemosa) (root) 5 mg amount equivalent to 20 mg black cohosh, cellulose, magnesium stearate and hypromellose.
Directions: Adult, 1 capsule twice a day with a glass of water. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond one year.
