Description: High quality pasta made from 100% organic sorghum, quinoa, amaranth and chia flour. Al dente texture. Excellent source of fiber. GMO-free, gluten-free, peanut-free, soy-free, egg-free and corn-free.
Directions: Bring 2 liters of water to a boil. Add salt if desired. When water is boiling, add pasta and cook 8 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse quickly with cold water. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce and condiments.
