Description: A large, dense and heavy Chinese napa cabbage with a beautiful soft green. At maturity, it can weigh up to 2.5 kg. Typical oriental variety, appearance and texture of spinach. Plant 10 to 25 cm high dark green and very rich in vitamins. Generally thick oval to elongated leaves. Most varieties have a compact to ultra-compact habit and extra-fast growth. Ideal for restricted area. The leaves and stems are edible. Sow only 1 cm deep, in rich soil, in early May. Once emergence is complete, thin the plants every 15-20 cm in all directions. Undemanding culture. Use: Steaming or sautéing in a wok. Ideal in the preparation of Chinese or vegetarian meals. Enhances the taste of dishes. Typical oriental taste.
